The Commuter Flyght is a condensed version of the Domestic Flyght with a length of 30 minutes designed to get clients in and out of their workout in a shorter amount of time. The shortened time of the class means the goal is to work hard as quickly as possible and limit rest time between components. The Commuter Flyght includes a warm up, riding components, cool down and stretch. It's a shorter Flyght, so we just ask that you push yourself a little harder. You've got this!
