The Flyght program uses light weights with high reps. Reps should be kept slow and controlled to eliminate bouncing and using momentum with movement. Form will come before quantity and speed.
In order for upper body to create results for clients, focus is on isometric movement (joint angle and muscle length do not change during a contraction). The passenger is contracted and engaged during the entire Upper Body segment, the contraction is never released unless there is a re-set.
