Yin is a wonderful complement to our Flow and fitness classes. Dragonfly Yin focuses on the connective tissue in the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, allowing for deep tissue opening and restoration and concentrates on holding poses for an extended period of time (from one to five minutes). Yin is a gentle and relaxing class and is the perfect class for those who seek additional flexibility. The benefits of Dragonfly Yin will be noticeable and some practitioners even say they feel an inch or two taller after a dedicated Yin practice.
