In Chakra Flow, you’ll move through an intentional Vinyasa yoga sequence, focusing one or more of the seven chakras. Moon salutations, pranayama breathing, key poses, and an extended guided final relaxation session all designed to heal, balance and soothe each of your seven chakras: root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown. The sacral chakra is the center of our emotional, creative, and sensual energy. Located three inches below your belly button, the sacral chakra is associated with the color orange, and it regulates the energy associated with passion and pleasure.
